Booking your play session
Please make sure you only bring the amount of children and adults stated when booking as we have limited tables available and we are running on a reduced capacity

Thank you for choosing Jungle at the Junction, we can’t wait to see you!
Please note: Your session is not booked until payment has been made, please make sure to fill in the booking information and complete the payment page once you have chosen your date and time slot.
Please do not arrive any earlier than the designated start time of your session, we have a 15 minute gap in between sessions to clean and sanitise all equipment.
We have been busy ensuring we can re-open our soft play safely and have the following measures in place:
-Hand sanitiser upon entry and exit, also in multiple places around the cafe and toilet areas
-Pre-booked play sessions with allocated time slots
-Extra cleaning schedules to be completed every 2 hours
-PPE to be worn by staff and customers unless seated at a table
-Staff covid-19 training
-Covid-19 risk assessment (available to view on our notice board)
-We already have a 5 star hygiene rating
-We have removed all hard to clean toys such as teddies and dressing up clothes. Ball pools removed
Please do not visit us if you have any symptoms of coronavirus.
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds on no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. We can transfer your booking to another date if more than 48 hours notice is given. Refunds will be given in the unfortunate event of a closure due to a coronavirus case in the play centre.
